These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and dr999 ("dr999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at dr999.cam and all associated services, products, software, mobile interfaces and content provided therein (collectively, the "Services").
dr999 is an English-language online sports betting and live casino platform designed for use by eligible adult players. The Platform operates under an international gaming licence issued by the applicable regulatory authority in the operator's licensing jurisdiction. dr999 does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and does not claim authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution.

The personal registered account opened by a User on the dr999 platform following successful completion of the registration process and identity verification where required.
Any deposit match, free bet credit, free spin allocation, cashback, reload bonus or other incentive offered by dr999, subject to the specific Bonus Terms applicable to that offer and the general bonus provisions set out in Section 7 of these Terms.
A natural person who (a) has attained the age of 18 years or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction; (b) is not a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory; (c) is not a self-excluded individual; and (d) satisfies all other eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by the operator's licence and anti-money laundering obligations, including submission of valid government-issued identification (such as CNIC or passport) and proof of address.
Pakistani Rupee — the currency in which account balances, deposits, withdrawals and wagers may be denominated on the Platform, subject to the operator's current currency settings.

KYC Verification. dr999 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or when requested by the operator's compliance team. Acceptable identity documents include government-issued identification such as a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or equivalent. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, dr999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You agree to use the Services only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. Specifically, you agree that you will:
Platform Availability: dr999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, network disruptions and regulatory requirements may affect availability. We do not accept liability for losses arising from service interruptions outside our reasonable control.
6.1 Deposits. To place wagers or participate in live casino games, you must first deposit funds into your dr999 Account. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
Payment methods that may be available in the cashier — including but not limited to options familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah bank transfers — are provided as references only. Availability of specific payment methods is determined solely by the operator and may change without prior notice. 6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
6.3 Currency. Account balances, deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where this option is available in the cashier. The operator applies its own conversion rate where applicable. Users are responsible for any currency exchange fees charged by their payment provider.
6.4 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider without first contacting dr999 support constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and pursuit of the outstanding balance.
dr999 may offer various promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, free spins and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer and the general provisions of this section.
7.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual bonus terms. Example for illustration only: a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed before any withdrawal is permitted. Actual bonus amounts and wagering requirements are as stated on the Promotions page at the time of the offer.
7.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While a bonus is active in your account, a maximum bet per round or wager applies. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided without notice.
7.3 Game Contribution. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots may contribute 100%; live casino games, table games and sports bets typically contribute at lower rates as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Check each promotion for applicable contribution rates.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses and associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity window (typically 7–30 days as specified per offer). Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them are forfeited automatically.
7.5 Bonus Abuse. dr999 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals and close accounts where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, chip dumping, matched betting using bonus funds, or any other activity designed to exploit promotional offers contrary to their intended purpose.
Advisory: All bonus figures presented in dr999's marketing materials are illustrative maximums and are not guaranteed for all users. Always read the specific terms of each promotion before opting in. PKR bonus amounts are confirmed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
8.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on the dr999 platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying your bet selection, stake and odds before confirmation. dr999 does not accept liability for bets placed in error.
8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed on the bet slip. dr999 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
8.3 Cricket and Sports Markets. Cricket betting markets — including but not limited to PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments and domestic competitions — are offered for entertainment purposes. dr999 holds no official partnership with, endorsement from or affiliation to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC), any cricket team or any other sports governing body. All sports references are contextual only.
8.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where: (a) an event is cancelled or abandoned without sufficient play; (b) the bet was accepted in error due to a software malfunction; (c) the operator determines that the integrity of the event has been compromised. Void bets are returned to the User's Account at the original stake.
8.5 Live / In-Play Betting. In-play markets are subject to rapid odds changes. Acceptance of in-play wagers is not guaranteed. Delays in internet connectivity may result in a bet being accepted at different odds than those displayed at the moment of submission. Live markets may be suspended at any time.

All content on the dr999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, data compilations and the overall design and arrangement of the Service — is the property of dr999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited licence to view and use the Content solely for the purpose of accessing the Services as an Eligible User. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute or create derivative works from any Content without the prior written consent of dr999. Any unauthorised use of Content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may infringe applicable intellectual property rights.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dr999, its affiliates, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
12.2 dr999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dr999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness or fitness for purpose of the Services or any content therein.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
13.1 Termination by dr999. dr999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have engaged in prohibited conduct; (c) you are or have become an ineligible user; (d) closing the Account is required for regulatory, legal or compliance reasons; or (e) you have provided false information.
On termination for breach, dr999 may void any pending bets, cancel any active bonuses and withhold funds where required by the operator's compliance obligations.
13.2 Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with these Terms. Any genuine cash balance (i.e., funds not subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion and compliance review.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, as specified in the operator's current licence documentation. This Agreement does not constitute a submission to the jurisdiction of any Pakistani court or authority.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution or regulatory body prescribed under the operator's licence terms.
For Pakistani Users: These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction and not the laws of Pakistan. dr999 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will publish a notice on the Platform prior to the updated Terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and close your Account before the revised Terms take effect.
